Professor Jim Horne of Loughborough University's Sleep Research Centre explains, the importance of dividing the hours of sleep rather than sleep 8 hours straight at night.

"One if there is a perception that says wake up at night disturb sleep quality. In fact, sleep for 8 hours straight can make you feel more tired. Whereas with a nap for 15 minutes, was as effective as 1 hour sleep at night, "he explained.

"The trick is to sleep two hours earlier in the evening, then wake up dinner and interact with friends and family, followed by a night's sleep three to four hours, woke up again to do the worship, then go back to sleep a few moments until dawn. So you get is 7 hours of sleep a day, "says Dr. Nick

Dr Phil Stemmer, a dentist in London put forward to resist the urge to rinse after brushing your teeth. Because the rinsing will remove fluoride toothpaste left behind, which if not rinsed several hours to protect teeth better.

"After brushing, I used to not rinse at least half an hour, and I never wet the toothbrush first because the water can reduce the efficacy of toothpastes. Remember also to not brush your teeth immediately after eating. Wait until half an hour just brushed my teeth, "he explained.

Dr. Phil explains further why acidic foods and sugar will temporarily weaken tooth enamel, so if you brush your teeth at the time, you actually erode tooth enamel before it hardens again.
